A Space Parents Can Trust
Choosing the right place for your son isn’t easy. You want to know he’s understood, supported, and safe.
Spirit Care Boys Hub was built with that in mind - a home where boys can grow, and parents can relax knowing they’re in good hands.
Our Claymore home is warm, structured, and genuine. We believe trust starts with honesty and communication.
You’ll always know how your son is doing, what he’s learning, and how he’s supported each day.
Supporting Girls & Young Women in Learning - There Are No Barriers
Anxiety Won’t Hold Her Back
Autism, ADHD(Neurodivergence)
Becoming Mentally Healthy
We all deal with anxious thoughts. Together, we learn to process what is true and what is perceived, what is actually a threat to us and what is something that we can handle – either with support or on her own.
Neurodivergence and Autism may mean that we need to learn skills in a different way from other people, but we can do this.
We break skills into step-by-step processes and learn to break big life issues into bite-sized chunks. Some of our young ladies with Autism or ADHD are taking great leaps forward.
There are so many factors that make up young people’s mental health. Having the right environment is key and that’s what we’re here for.
We’re also here to look at what our own thought processes are so that we can learn to develop inner courage and confidence and that we can handle more than we realise.
We Understand What Families Go Through
Parenting a boy with additional needs takes energy, patience, and heart. There are long days, moments of worry, and a deep desire to find people who truly understand.
You’re not alone - we’ve lived that experience too.
Our team includes parents who know the daily realities of raising boys with complex needs. We understand the mix of pride and exhaustion that comes with wanting your son to thrive while making sure he feels safe and included.
Getting support doesn’t mean stepping back. It means giving your son new opportunities to grow, socialise, and build confidence in a calm, supportive environment.

Calm, Safe, And Flexible
Every day follows a calm structure designed to help boys feel secure.
There’s a plan, but it’s flexible. If your son needs quiet time, we adjust.
If he’s ready for group activities, we guide him with patience and care.
Our Claymore home includes:
- A life skills kitchen for cooking and meal prep.
- A coding and gaming room for social learning through technology.
- A chill-out zone for downtime and emotional regulation.
- A backyard and garage space for sport, games, and fun.
It’s a real home - not a centre - and that’s what makes it special for your son.
Clear, Honest Communication
You’ll never be left wondering how your son is going. We keep communication open, friendly, and honest.
You can reach out anytime by email, message, or phone.
Natalie, our founder, often takes late-night calls when families need reassurance.
You’ll get real updates from real people who know your son.
We listen, respond, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
Our Approach: Practical & Patient
This isn’t about therapy or rigid programs - it’s about real life. Our mentors teach through experience, using gentle guidance, humour, and empathy.
Every activity helps boys practise life skills, social skills, and emotional confidence.
We focus on three things:
- Helping boys feel proud of who they are.
- Supporting progress through small, meaningful steps.
- Keeping families informed and involved.
What Parents Can Expect
Safety & Trust
All mentors are qualified, trained, and chosen for their genuine kindness and calm energy.
We maintain low staff-to-participant ratios so every boy gets the support he needs.
Compassion & Understanding
We meet each boy where he’s at. There’s no pressure - just steady encouragement and care.
Communication
We’re easy to reach and quick to respond. You’ll always get clear updates and honest feedback.
Flexibility
Some days are high energy. Some are quiet. We adapt to your son’s needs and make sure he always finishes the day feeling successful.
For Mums Looking For Reassurance
Most families who reach out to us are mums looking for a safe, nurturing, and responsible environment. Spirit Care Boys Hub was created with that in mind.
We understand the emotions that come with trusting others to care for your son - the guilt, the hope, and the constant questions. We’re here to make it easier.
Our team leads with honesty, empathy, and consistency. You’ll never be left guessing.
What To Bring Each Day
Our programs are active and practical, so your son should come prepared for movement and fun:
- Comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes.
- A hat and water bottle.
- Packed lunch or snacks (if not joining the meal program).
- Any comfort or personal care items he might need.
If your son has dietary or sensory preferences, let us know. Our dietitian-approved meal program can adapt easily.
Safety First
We prioritise safety and emotional wellbeing. All mentors are trained in behaviour management, first aid, and inclusive support.
Our approach is always calm-first - no punishment, no pressure. When challenges arise, we use gentle redirection and patient coaching.
We believe every boy deserves to feel safe, respected, and understood.
Fees & NDIS
Spirit Care Boys Hub is NDIS-friendly and supports all plan types - self-managed, plan-managed, or agency-managed.
We use transparent NDIS pricing and will explain every detail clearly when you enquire.
We don’t make financial promises online, but our goal is always simplicity and clarity.
You’ll know exactly what to expect before you begin.
