Programs & Activities

Grow Confidence & Connection

Every day helps your son grow in confidence, connection, and independence.

Guided by calm, patient male mentors, boys build real-life skills through hands-on, everyday experiences.

It’s not therapy or school - it’s life done together in a real home.

We’re open 7 days a week at our Claymore home in the Campbelltown area.

Whether your son joins after school or during the day, there’s always a program that suits his energy, comfort, and goals.

Supporting Girls & Young Women in Learning - There Are No Barriers

We all deal with anxious thoughts. Together, we learn to process what is true and what is perceived, what is actually a threat to us and what is something that we can handle – either with support or on her own.

After-School Program (Ages 9–18)

When the school day ends, your son gets a safe, relaxed space for structured fun and social connection.

Boys take part in practical sessions that balance fun with growth.

Some days they cook dinner, other days they code, game, or play mini-sports in the yard. Each session builds patience, communication, and confidence - without pressure.

If your son needs quiet time, the chill room is open.

If he’s full of energy, the backyard and garage zones are ready.

Every boy leaves feeling seen, supported, and proud.

What This Program Builds

  • Confidence through cooking, gaming, and team play.
  • Friendships through shared projects.
  • Patience and teamwork through practical learning.

Day Program (Ages 18–25)

The Day Program supports young men learning to live more independently.

It’s perfect for those moving on from school or looking for meaningful daily structure.

Days are flexible, social, and practical - focused on real-world skills that build confidence.

Mornings might start in the kitchen with meal planning.

Midday often brings coding, media projects, or podcasting.

Afternoons could include sport, mindfulness, or community access trips.

Every moment teaches something useful - from budgeting to teamwork - and builds independence one step at a time.

Holiday Activities (Ages 9–25)

Holidays are for fun, and Spirit Care makes them full of meaning.

Your son will explore, laugh, and learn through inclusive programs that spark curiosity and confidence.

Common activities include:

  • Local trips to parks, museums, and community events.
  • Outdoor adventures like hiking, fishing, or swimming.
  • Creative sessions such as podcasting or filming short clips.
  • Themed group days packed with games and laughter.

Each program focuses on safety, participation, and joy. Boys come home tired, happy, and proud of what they achieved.

Spaces That Feel Like Home

Our Claymore home is divided into zones that make learning simple, comfortable, and fun.

Life Skills Kitchen
Boys cook, share, and clean up together. All meals are dietitian-approved and halal-friendly.

It’s about teamwork, safety, and enjoying food made with their own hands.

Tech & Creative Room
A relaxed space for gaming, coding, podcasting, and creative media.

Tech becomes a bridge for conversation, expression, and connection.

Chill-Out Zone
Quiet, sensory-friendly, and peaceful - a space to reset and feel calm.

Backyard & Garage Zone
Full of sport, Oztag, air hockey, and laughter.

It’s about joining in, not winning.

Food That Builds Confidence

Cooking is a core part of every program.

Our dietitian-approved meal-prep sessions help boys plan, cook, and share simple, tasty meals.

They learn kitchen safety, nutrition, and teamwork - all while having fun.

Sharing food builds belonging. Watching boys smile as they serve a meal they made themselves says it all.

Tech That Connects

Technology isn’t the goal - it’s the bridge.

Coding, gaming, and creative projects teach communication, patience, and social confidence.

Boys work together, share ideas, and learn to celebrate each other’s wins.

It’s about friendship, not just screens.

Sport & Mini-Games

Sport can be for everyone. It’s about inclusion and energy, not competition.

Boys of all abilities join in, try new games, and find pride in teamwork.

Backyard soccer, Oztag, and air hockey sessions bring laughter, focus, and fitness -

all in a supportive, friendly space.

Everyday Life Skills

Life skills are woven into every activity.

Your son will learn:

  • Hygiene and cooking routines that build self-care.
  • Budgeting and travel planning for everyday independence.
  • Communication and teamwork for life and work.

We focus on small, achievable steps that help boys feel capable and proud.

Find A Space For Your Son

Every boy deserves a space where he feels safe, capable, and proud.

We balance structure with flexibility, guidance with fun, and care with independence.

No two days look the same - but every one builds confidence, connection, and belonging.
